- Food service operations are being restructured to reduce costs, shifting to a franchise model. Company-owned units will be refranchised, sold or closed. Going forward, the focus will be on the growth of the Pokémoto concept through franchising.

- Muscle Maker Grill – Refranchise as Muscle Maker Grill or Pokémoto or operate as dual-branded units offering both Pokémoto and Muscle Maker (performed successfully in Chelsea and Fort Bliss locations).
- Superfit Foods – Seeking strategic alternatives for the freshly-prepared, subscription meal concept.
